Premium price for less than “Best Western” service

The hotel rate and parking were booked through Expedia because there was no accessible contact for the hotel. Sadly I discovered everyone had a lower rate and their website itself offered free parking and late checkout for “out of towners” as their website advertised. I thought I qualified but no. Maximum rate and parking had to be paid. I had to really push it to get the manager to reduce parking. Bait and switch. Second, the breakfast is not as good as it was previous years. Stale muffins, no yoghurt, Special K in kids boxes. They are reducing costs clearly but still charging premium prices. Might as well go to Best Western.

I stayed here for two nights because I was writing an exam in London. The staff were all extremely friendly and caring, especially Faith, the lady working the reception/check in. She moved me to a quiet area of the hotel because she knew I would be studying and would need a good nights sleep. When I checked out two days later she even remembered to ask me how my exam went! This is hands down the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel, and I've stayed at some pretty nice places before. The rooms are also super spacious and modern. I will 100% be staying here again when I come back to London.

We used The Park Hotel for our wedding block booking, and couldn't be happier! The Park Suite was the perfect place for the girls to get ready the morning of, and all of the guest rooms were so beautiful (our guests were raving about the hotel!) Fabiana was incredible throughout our planning as well, and made the block booking process so simple. We're so thankful!

Great location to many clubs, restaurants and the downtown core. Super rooms/suites, very spacious, clean. Continental breakfast daily good selection of meats, cheeses, fruits and pastries. Very friendly and supportive staff.

I got there a little early than I expected to get there around 11:30 they allow me to check in anyway I was excited because by right they don’t have to really let you check in until 4:00, Thank God !, This is my second home I will never stay no where else!
